Bridge Going Green ... who are we?

Bridge Going Green (formerly "BEST"), formed in November 2009 in response to concerns about the rising cost of energy and environmental damage, is a group of Bridge residents who want to reduce energy expenditure and cut costs by gathering and sharing information. The group plans to:

give practical advice to any BRIDGE resident or business interested in cutting energy use;
advise on recycling and plans to make recycling easier;
advise on other energy saving measures (e.g. car sharing, new bicycle routes, water reduction).

Above all, the group plans to listen to the views of all villagers as to how the community of Bridge can play its part in saving energy and helping the environment.
