On Saturday 24 July, the day of the Virtual Summer Show, the Nailbourne Horticultural Society will be at the Farmers’ Market from 9.00 am until 12 noon in the car park of the Red Lion.
The entries for the Chairman’s Challenge Trophy, this year a Salvia (Red Desert), will be on show and judged by Roger Austin, Chairman of the Kent Federation of Horticultural Societies, during the morning. Members should bring their entries to the stall by 10.00 am at the latest.
We will also have plants and produce for sale and would appreciate payments in cash.
Presentation of trophies for the Chairman’s Challenge and also for the recently judged three garden classes (Best Kept Vegetable Garden, Most Picturesque Garden and Prettiest Small Garden) will be at 11.30 am.
Please note that entries for all other classes are on-line. For further details, please contact Show Secretary, Kathy Walder, on 830057/07791 email@example.com
